Tadaa.. Although tons of assignments are queueing for me, but I'm still need to free out some time to release STRESS! Yea, it is really stress, everything came in once and passing up almost the same time =.=''
I went to the boutique where I work after the morning class. did some revisions, but time flies, it is around the time when I'm finishing work while I had done my revision and some for my assignments. I'm gonna become like a panda after this month! I swear I will pamper myself like a boss after all this shit has done, of course still need to wait after the shit damn exam!!!
I knew he really wanted to watch this movie so much, so this is our plan after work yesterday. Otherwise, we just had dinner together and then ciao (go home). Argh, how lifeless is this blogger. Damn it, I know okay?

I had called up to Unifi Service Centre to make complain about the low internet coverage in my house. Seriously it has never been fast before since I moved in. The first time I call, the lady asked me to check the speed through speedometer from unifi webpage, then asked me to clear the website history and all. BUT PROBLEM REMAINS. So, I decided to call again the other day, this time another lady answered and she shows more concern and responsible to my complains. After setting and everything, the coverage didn't get any better, and she decided to help me to make a report. The technician called me within 24 hours to make an appointment to my house and checking out what's wrong with the modem and everything. The same day, I had received more than 5 calls from the technician as well as the customer service centre to make sure about the appointment date and time. The technicians came and checked, explaining whats wrong and tried to fix the problem.
When everything done, of course they ciao and ang-gong-po-pi (bless from the god) LOL The network is finally working properly as UNIFI's "standard". Another call - LAST CALL finally to make sure the customer (me) is satisfied with the problem that has solved and the network is functioning properly. and not least, reminded me to make a new report if there are other problem occurs again (which I doesn't hope that will happen anymore, because of time wasting) and they will closed the current report.
Honestly speaking, I can never think of UNIFI can did so well in this. I'm really appreciated that. Gonna love UNIFI only after this LOL
